I can't recommend them enough! I spent hours doing my research on a good dog trainer who I felt like could get the specific needs we wanted done, and I'm so glad we went with them. We had two thorough consultations, one over the phone and one in person, and loved how open and honest they were about their process and what exactly our dog was going to be doing while he was with them. When he came back to us, his personality was still there, but he was instantly ten times better than before in terms of obedience and socialization. We ended up doing three in home sessions after so that my husband and I could learn what we needed to know to stay on top of the training and how to customize it to our needs. We can now take our 9 month German Shepard out in public with us anywhere and not worry in the slightest about his behavior or him ever being reactive to different situations. We also love the fact that they have never hesitated to answer any questions we've had since our training has been completed and how our dog truly enjoys seeing them. He was definitely taken care of and loved when he was there. If we ever decide to get another dog, we will definitely be going with Dog Ops again and will always recommend them to others!
